    I agree with Mike Hall. I see that there is no information provided in the Windows 7 Compatibility center regarding Konica Minolta Magicolor 2300 dl printer. You may access the below link to know more about it:

    However, as a workaround you may try to install the drivers in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode as an Administrator.
